These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PostGlide, a product operated by Eureka TechLabs LLP. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Interpretation and Definitions
Capitalized words have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Company refers to Eureka TechLabs LLP, India.
Product refers to PostGlide.
Service refers to the PostGlide platform, including all tools offered under one account.
User refers to you, the individual accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between You and the Company and define the rights and obligations of all users.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
About the Service
PostGlide is a platform offering multiple tools to help users create, manage, and publish content, primarily for LinkedIn. The Service is accessible via web and may include mobile applications in the future.
Accounts and Access
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostGlide. Accounts may be created using LinkedIn authentication or email and password (where available).
Each user may connect only one LinkedIn account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LinkedIn Integration
By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize PostGlide to access LinkedIn services using official APIs and permissions you grant.
You remain solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s terms and policies. PostGlide is not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by LinkedIn on your account.
Posting and Automation
PostGlide may offer both manual posting and automated posting features. Automation behavior is fully controlled by user configuration.
You are solely responsible for all content published through your LinkedIn account using the Service.
Content Ownership and Usage
Content created within PostGlide may involve AI-generated output. Ownership of content remains with the content creator.
By using the Service, you grant Eureka TechLabs LLP a non-exclusive, limited license to store and process content for product functionality and to use anonymized or aggregated content to improve the Service.
No Guarantees
PostGlide does not guarantee engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, or outcomes of any kind. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Payments and Refunds
PostGlide is a paid Service and may include subscription plans and usage-based top-ups. All pricing is displayed before purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, impersonation, abuse, unlawful content, or violation of third-party platform policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary to protect the platform, other users, or to comply with legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eureka TechLabs LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
